Live Meditation Group:
The live 15 minute meditation group meets Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00am-8:15am Pacific Time. The meditations happen online via Zoom which allows you to attend via computer or phone.
SunRise Psychics Library of Recordings:
These are 200+ recordings of the live group meditations which are home recorded and sometimes have ambient sounds.
